Loved my time here and can't recommend highly enough this place. I had a really good experience here, everything was really good, the location was magnificent really close to shopping area and restaurants, the center of old town Hanoi, and cafes, restaurants, bars. The service was excellent, I was offered an enjoyable breakfast with soup and noodles, as example. The room was lovely looking, brand-new and included a terrace and a balcony...

the staff at Viola Royal Hotel & Spa were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even walked me to the chemist when I needed medicine. On the owner's birthday, they upgraded me to a better room so I wouldn't be disturbed by the party. the breakfast on the 6th floor overlooking the city was lovely, and the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the famous bia alley. I would definitely stay here again!
Nothing 🙌.

During my recent stay at Viola Royal Hotel & Spa, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and attention to detail. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a complimentary upgrade to a beautifully decorated suite room, which made our wedding anniversary celebration even more special. The staff, from the door boy to the receptionist to the waiters, were all fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. I want to give a special mention to Jenny at the reception, who not only helped us with taxi arrangements but also went out of her way to get us last-minute coffee on our last day. The level of service at this hotel surpassed that of any 5-star hotel I've stayed in before. I highly recommend Viola Royal Hotel & Spa for a truly exceptional experience.

Best escape ever! We had an amazing time in this hotel thanks to the comfy bed and great location. Walking distance to all the attractions, we didn't have to worry about transportation. The breakfast on the rooftop was a sweet surprise, and we enjoyed the fast WiFi and convenient teapot in our room. Plus, we didn't have to worry about airport transportation as the hotel provided that service as well. an incredible value for our couple's getaway!
The smelly cabinets in the room and a small window, but honestly, who needs a window when you're busy exploring a city like this! The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, and the shower temperature fluctuated a bit, but we still had an enjoyable stay.
